Merchanaut is a fleet of six autonomous agents that take ownership of the operational backbone of mid-market digital retailers — multi-warehouse inventory, competitor-priced catalog, dynamic repricing, supplier POs, the order and refund queue, and the inbox around it. Every move is gated by Bob-Test oversight, logged for audit, and bounded by four governance-grade guardrails: FTC, the Colorado AI Act, the Sherman Act, and CFAA-compliant scraping.
